Ok I’m nervously putting it out there. Well my abs anyway. Thought I would take a progress shot of my abs each week to compare. I’m into the second week of the Lean & Strong program on the 12wbt. Right now it’s really hard to imagine that my body will look different in 12 weeks. Where is that damn light at the end of the tunnel?!? In a way, I’m putting blind faith into it. Mish is always right and I’ve seen some amazing before and afters on the program. I’m having trouble imagining my body could ever look toned. So I’m very intrigued to see how different I will look without the focus on weight. I figured pictures will show me better than the scales.
I’m very much soft and squishy right now, thanks to three darling young children, the baby being only 9 months. Probably also due to too much snacking on sugary treats too. That habit has almost gone. With clean eating and weights and an work, fingers crossed I will start seeing changes!
